A Calwell woman caught travelling more than twice the speed limit in Whitlam was allegedly under the influence of drugs at the time.

ACT Policing said about 11.30pm on Wednesday, September 23, ACT Road Policing officers were conducting patrols on Kingsford Smith Drive in Higgins when they observed a white Mazda sedan travelling at high speed.
