A woman was left horrified after arriving at a holiday park to find a dead mouse and other 'filth' in her room. Mariah Sutton travelled three hours from Birmingham to Pontins Prestatyn Sands Holiday Park in Wales for a relaxing getaway with her friend Brittanie in May.
However, their trip quickly turned into a nightmare when the two woman, both aged 24, opened the door of their accommodation to find the dead rodent on the floor. The pair have since made a formal complaint, but say the holiday company is refusing to issue them a refund despite the appalling discovery.
As reported by Wales Online, Mariah said: "We got our keys and went to find our apartment, which was on the top floor. We got in, I put my bags down and all of a sudden, my friend screamed.
