A woman has shared her reason for walking out on her husband, as she realised he was using foodbanks despite earning more than £160,000.
The woman took to Reddit to ask for advice after discovering his deception, after it emerged he would make himself look "deliberately dishevelled" to gain sympathy of the volunteers. The couple earned far more than £200,000 between them, more than four times the average.
She described her husband as deliberately thrifty, though when she discovered products from a foodbank in the fridge she knew it was time to go. She left her husband to stay with her brother, reports the Mirror.
