Woman jailed after delusions led to tragic death of innocent 81-year-old man

A DEEPLY troubled young woman with a history of complex mental health issues was suffering from delusions when she became convinced a completely innocent 81-year-old man was following her home.

Eric Wilson was on his daily routine and minding his own business when he got off at the same bus stop as Kayla Hodge, now 26, at Wallsend in November, 2024.
