Woman in second court appearance charged with murdering care home worker

A woman has appeared in court charged with murdering a woman at a Stirling care home earlier this month.

Kellyanne McNaughton, 32, appeared at Stirling Sheriff Court today for her second appearance since the incident at Craighall Court in Stirling on March 7.

McNaughton was charged with murdering Michele Rutherford, 54, and also faced two further assault charges. She made no plea and was remanded in custody.
