A woman told by doctors she was suffering from anorexia finally received a diagnosis for her debilitating stomach pain - after a stranger commented on her Facebook post.
Annie Marshall, 20, first started experiencing symptoms in March 2020 after a bout of food poisoning left her in agonising pain every time she ate.
After a year long struggle and meetings with various specialists, she was eventually diagnosed with gastroparesis in March 2021, Wales Online reports.
