A woman had her tooth ripped out during a "cat fight" with another woman in a parking row.
Gemma Morrell, 33, from Westcliff, Essex, had been involved in a row with her neighbour in the days leading up to October 28, 2020 when the fight took place.
Abusive messages were sent by Morrell to the woman beforehand which were later reported to the police.
On Friday, Morrell was sentenced for causing actual bodily harm and sending abusive messages following the scrap, EssexLive reports.
On the day in question, Morrell had wanted to wash her car - but her neighbour then parked her vehicle in the way.
Morrell came out of her home and began shouting at the woman before opening the car door, sparking a physical fight.
At Morrell's sentencing hearing at Basildon Crown Court, Judge Samantha Leigh said: "It culminated on October 28, it's all on CCTV on Ring doorbell footage.
"You wanted to wash your car, your car had been moved. She [the neighbour] then moved her car, blocking the way to where you wanted to be.
"There's an argument outside the car, you opened the door, there's a cat fight.
"During that fight she bits down on your finger, you pull the finger out of her mouth and the tooth comes out. But you accept that it's your violence that started that."
Mitigating, Steven Levy said: "At the time of the offence back in 2020 she was suffering with her mental health.
"She was having a real problem with sleeping, problems with her anxiety and depression.
"That was borne out of a period of time that the defendant was in a relationship and she was a victim of domestic and controlling behaviour.
"The police were involved. [She] has a restraining order against him and he received a suspended prison sentence.
"She is now on stable medication, which seems to have a positive output. Ideally, she would like to move away from that address."
Judge Leigh gave Morrell a six-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months with 60 days of rehabilitation.
She must also pay £250 compensation to her victim.
