A woman says she is madly in love with a couple after matching with them both separately on a dating app - and now they're a throuple.
Charlotte Farmer, 27, first got into a non-monogamous relationship with Jamie Dawes, 37, in 2019.
The pair decided they needed more - and then matched with Lora Corser, 28, the following year.
The trio, who live in Leicester, East Midlands, say they first intended to date separately, but their relationship evolved to include all three of them.
Now, they love nights in, road trips to the beach, and even have a system taking it in turns to pick a day-out activity
Lora said: "Initially, I matched with Jamie and Charlotte separately.
"We weren't ever supposed to all be in a relationship but Charlotte and I instantly hit it off.
"We both love nostalgic chick flicks, TikTok and we both love animals, we're even going to Crufts this year. It just grew naturally."
They revealed that they often get funny reactions from people when they're all out and about.
Jamie said: "We all have quite a unique look, so a lot of the time we aren't sure why people are staring.
"It could be the bright hair, or the moustache, or because we're all holding hands.
"People do ask questions, mainly saying that they could never do what we do, they'd get too jealous, which is fine.
"Obviously jealousy is a normal, human feeling but we find checking in with each other and having open dialogue about our boundaries helps us cope with those feelings.
"We feel non-monogamy is just as valid as monogamy and we feel very lucky to have found a dynamic which works for us and makes happy. We know it's not for everyone."
All of their friends and families have been very supportive of the triad.
Charlotte said: "I think there's always a bit of tentative confusion from people, but generally everyone's been really excited.
"They're all really happy for us, which is quite cool.
"Whenever you tell someone you have an alternative lifestyle to the 'norm', you always questions, and some of them are quite intrusive.
"But we'd rather people asked them than assume anything."
Jamie, Lora, and Charlotte have all had some experience with polyamory, but say this is their most successful relationship.
Lora said: "We all date each other, and it's all equal. We've all experienced some form of polyamory before this, but never this successfully.
"This was open and honest from the start, which I think is why this has gone so well.
"This is definitely the most communicative and safe relationship that I think I've ever been in."
Charlotte added: "This isn't my first experience dating multiple people, but it is my first experience of loving more than one person."
