
A woman who developed fertility problems after in-utero exposure to a drug associated with a rare cancer has fiercely criticised the situation as a "cover-up", declaring that those impacted were "poisoned".
Michelle Taylor, 63, whose own mother was among those prescribed diethylstilbestrol (DES), characterised the women involved as "like lambs to the slaughter", alleging their maternal instincts were "exploited".
