A Reddit post about a woman breaking up with her boyfriend over Elon Musk's alleged "Nazi salute" has topped the internet with over 15,000 upvotes and 4,800 comments.

While thanking supporters at President Trump's Inauguration Monday, Musk made a gesture widely interpreted as a Nazi salute. Shocked by the footage, the woman, who had been dating her boyfriend for nearly two years, showed it to him, expecting outrage or at least concern.
