A heartbroken mum whose daughter tragically died just hours after being sent away from A&E wants to prevent others families from going through the same devastation.
Leanne Haswell, 28, was sent home from Sunderland Royal emergency department after medics told her she was suffering from a chest infection.
However, just 24 hours later she was brought back to hospital where she passed away from cardiac arrest the day before her 29th birthday, the Mirror reports.
