This Morning's Craig Doyle and Josie Gibson were horrified after a woman detailed her surgery nightmare.
The broadcasters interviewed Michelle Heath who issued a warning to anyone travelling to Turkey for cosmetic treatment. Michelle travelled abroad for surgery in August 2021 to remove excess skin after she lost 10 stone.
The 41-year-old made the decision to travel abroad as the treatment was priced £4,000 instead of the £20,000 it would cost in the UK. However, the experience descended into a nightmare as the surgeon performed liposuction and gave her a Brazilian bum lift (BBL) without her permission.

She said: "It's the most dangerous cosmetic procedure that can be done because it can go straight into your veins and cause an embolism in your heart. I didn't find out that happened to me until the first day."
Michelle researched the surgeon before she booked the procedure and said they were accredited on a British website. She explained there weren't any red flags until after she left the operating theatre.
She said: "They were demanding money for medication and I'd already paid for this. The package was supposed to be two nights in the hospital and back to the hotel for the remainder and they threw me out after the first night. This was at 11am and I was told the transfer to take me to the hotel was at 4pm and I just had to sit in reception."
Craig branded Michelle's experience as a "horror show" as she couldn't sit down due to complications with the BBL procedure that meant she had to upgrade to business class. She thanked her friend Amanda who made sure she received medical treatment in the UK after she could smell "rotting flesh".
Michelle was taken to A&E within 24 hours of arriving back home for emergency surgery. She said: "There were blood clots in my leg left from the severe liposuction. I ended up with a skin graft on my inner thigh as well."
She issued a warning as statistics from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office say they are aware of 22 British nationals who have died in Turkey since January 2019 following medical tourism visits. She said: "Don't do it. It's just taking so much of a chance."
Craig read out a statement from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, which said: "If you're travelling to Turkey to undertake a medical procedure we would advise you to refer to the health Turkey portal website for medical providers who are approved by the Ministry of Health."
