A Polish woman who claims to be Madeleine McCann is set to appear on an American TV show watched by millions.
Julia Wendell, 21, has recorded her first major broadcast interview with TV host Dr Phil. It comes after she went viral for claiming she might be the toddler who went missing in 2007 during a family holiday in Praia da Luz, Portugal.
The Polish national is currently waiting for the results of three DNA samples and a genetic test. Private investigator and medium Dr Fia Johansson, who is helping Julia, revealed that she is set to make appearance on Dr Phil, which will be broadcast on Monday.

She wrote on Instagram: "I’m very happy for Julia getting a platform to courageously speak up, shedding light on her violent and abusive past and hopefully bringing her closer to justice!"
Dr Johansson shared a preview of the clip which aired in Canada, however the footage had no sound.
In the clip, Julia says: "I believe that I am Madeleine McCann. We are waiting for results."
During a previous Instagram live, which lasted nearly 40 minutes, she claimed that she will be able to use the 21-year-old's DNA to determine whether she is the missing British girl.
She said: “A lot of you ask why Kate and Gerry (are not involved). There is no need – Madeleine McCann's DNA is already there.
“They don't need to get involved with media press. When the the DNA test coming, which I am really badly waiting for and checking every day the status of it, we will match with a DNA test of (Madeleine) McCann.
“[She could also match] anyone else out there that looking for their kid that may [be] missing at that time.”
It has been reported that Julia is currently living with Dr Johansson in the US for the last few weeks while the DNA tests were carried out. Due to fears over her safety, she has not disclosed where Julia is currently living.
The Polish woman has previously said that she "really believes" she could be Kate and Gerry McCann's long-lost child after recognising the mum's voice.
Speaking to RadarOnline she revealed: "I want to say something to Kate McCann: I listened to a song that you sang to your daughter Madeleine. When I hear your voice – from movies, from interviews – I feel like I really know this voice, your voice. I really believe that I could be Madeleine."
Julia added: "I have a message to McCann's family – I want to say that I really believe I can be Madeleine, your daughter."
