A woman claiming to be Madeleine McCann has been ruled to not be the missing girl after an investigator carried out a biometric analysis.
Julie Wendell from Poland created an account on Instagram named @iammadeleinemcann, leading to social media blowing up this week. The woman said she began to wonder if she was Madeleine "a few months ago" after hearing "something from her grandma".
Jule is 21 but said she thought her age may be wrong as Maddie was born in 2003 and would be 19. Julie says she has a freckle on her leg and a speck in her eye like Maddie and the McCanns have approached her for a DNA test, the Daily Record reports.
