Woman calls for new law on cancer diagnoses after tragic death of mother

A grieving daughter is campaigning for a new law requiring mandatory second opinions on benign cancer diagnoses within the NHS, following the misdiagnosis and subsequent death of her mother.

Chloe Hickman, 24, from Ipswich, launched a Change.org petition urging the government to implement "Louise’s Law," named after her mother, Louise Hickman.
