A woman says the luxury piece of jewelry she bought began bending out of shape after just two weeks of wear, prompting her to ask other Tiffany & Co. customers whether the issue was normal. TikTok creator Meg (@meontheglow) shared her experience in a video reviewing her Tiffany T Wire bracelet.
Tiffany & Co. describes the Tiffany T collection as a line inspired by an archival bracelet from 1975 that features the brand’s signature “T” motif. The T Wire bracelet comes in several precious metal options. Some versions sell for about $3,950 or more, depending on the material and design.
Meg said that she purchased the piece while celebrating her birthday in the Bahamas. She explained that she originally wanted the yellow gold version but said the international boutique only had the rose gold model in stock.
Then came the sizing issue, but the real problem started after that
Meg then adds that she was measured for a small bracelet but later realized the store had packaged a medium instead. Despite the sizing issue, she said, “It’s not the worst thing possible,” explaining that she can wear another bracelet underneath to help keep it from sliding down her wrist.
Her bigger concern surfaced about two weeks later. “As you can see, it bends very easily,” she said while showing the jewelry on camera. Meg told viewers she had never sat on the bracelet and believed she had taken good care of it. “I wear it almost every day,” she said.

She also noticed it had become “pretty off-axis” and said she had been applying gentle pressure to restore its original shape. She also acknowledged that the bracelet is intentionally flexible so it can open slightly to fit over the wrist.
Rather than accusing Tiffany of selling a defective product, Meg asked viewers whether the bending was typical for the design. “So I’m just curious if you guys have had the same experience with this bracelet and if this bending is normal and I’m just overthinking it,” she said.
She also made clear that she still enjoys wearing it. “I do love the bracelet. I love Tiffany, so you know no issues there,” she said. “It is really a pretty bracelet.”
Several commenters said they had seen similar issues. One person replied that the bracelets are “known for doing that since it’s hollow” and claimed even some store display models appear slightly misshapen. The commenter suggested the Tiffany T1 bangle as a sturdier alternative while encouraging Meg to “rock” the bracelet she already owned.
Another viewer wrote, “Yessss same issue! Seems like a poor design, honestly. A bit sad but still.” At the time of her video, Meg did not say Tiffany had offered a repair or replacement.
