A woman who felt “alone and intimidated” on her first solo trip abroad has delivered an inspiring message to those who struggle with ADHD and autism.

Lolly McKenzie, a 26-year-old from Walton, has been documenting her experiences living with the conditions on her TikTok channel. She recently went on holiday by herself to Majorca to “take the next step” in overcoming her difficulties with anxiety in social situations.

Lolly was enjoying Spain's sunny weather until she arrived at her hotel, where a “grey cloud” descended. Lolly said: “There was nothing with the hotel itself, it was just the guests.
