Managing your anger is something society first starts teaching you in preschool. Treating other people with respect is also something that is usually taught an an early age.
But Rosemary Hayne of Ohio will have to learn that lesson at the ripe old age of 39 behind the counter of a fast food restaurant after a judge sentenced her following her arrest for assaulting a fast food worker at a local Chipotle (CMG) -).

Last week, Hayne was found guilty of assault after she flung her hot burrito bowl at the victim, Emily Russell, 26, because she did not like the way her food was prepared.
“If I showed you how my food looked and how my food looked a week later from that same restaurant, it’s disgusting looking,” Hayne told the court, according to the local Fox 8 affiliate.
Video of the encounter went viral on social media.

The judge originally sentenced Hayne to 180 days in jail with 90 of those days suspended.
But Parma Municipal Court Judge Timothy Gilligan showed even more mercy, saying that he would give her 60 days jail credit if she worked at least 20 hours per week at a fast food restaurant for two months.
“You didn’t get your burrito bowl the way you like it and this is how you respond?" Judge Gilligan said. "This is not real housewives of Parma. This behavior is not acceptable.”
"So I thought, why should the city taxpayers pay for her and feed her for 90 days in the jail if I can teach her a sense of empathy?“ Judge Gilligan said. “I also hope this deters others from this type of behavior.”
Hayne said she planned to take the judge up on his offer and get a job at a restaurant.
Russell — who said she was traumatized and forced to quit her job at Chipotle — approved of the unusual sentence, saying Hayne "didn't get a slap on the wrist.
