A woman has been arrested by Queensland police over links to the alleged murder of a 25-year-old man west of Brisbane in March.
Detectives from the Toowoomba Criminal Investigation Branch arrested a 36-year-old woman in relation to the alleged murder of Thor Morgan, who was found dead at Harlaxton near Toowoomba in March.
Police allege the woman is directly involved in the alleged shooting of 25-year-old Morgan.
On March 15, Mr Morgan was driving a vehicle on Ruthven Street when a gun was fired from a stolen dual-cab. Mr Morgan was later found at a Coonan Street address with a gunshot wound to his head.
He died as a result of his injuries at the Princess Alexandra Hospital on May 16.
This month a 24-year-old man was charged with one count each of murder, arson of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of weapons.
The 36-year-old woman arrested by police has been charged with one count each of murder, unlawful possession of weapons and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
She will face the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police believe there are others in the community who have information about the incident and have assisted the pair already charged with disposing of evidence.
Their investigations continue.
