A woman has been left amazed after a trip out grocery shopping.
When you're filling up the trolley, sometimes delicate items can get squished as you load up on the weekly shop. Unless you want to play a game of tetris, there isn't much you can do about it, the Mirror reports.
But one relieved mum has said she found a hack on her last shopping trip and says it will stop any groceries from being squashed and bruised. Gemma Bird, who goes by @moneymumofficial on TikTok and Instagram shared her must-see shopping tick and her followers praised her as items such as bread and flowers can return home in one piece.

In the video, Gemma pointed out the section of the trolly that is opposite to the baby seat. Captioning the video, she wrote: "Did you know this? Let me know, I’m in shock, I didn’t haha."
Over the video, she added: "Did you know what they were for?" as she expressed her shock that she hadn't realised sooner.
She said: "Is this just me, or did you realise these existed on trolleys?" as she places flowers and a baguette into the designated holders which can be found on the farthest end of the trolley as you push it.
Gemma claimed she was 'still in shock' as she opened her mouth in amazement as part of the video.
Others were also shocked by the hack, but some waded in and offered some of their own advice.
One wrote: "Flip it round so it's in the small section then put the flowers etc in", and Gemma responded: "Amazing, thanks for the tip!"
Another woman joked: "I thought they were for wine", followed by a crying with laughter emoji. Gemma replied: "Well they can be hun!"
Someone commented: "Yep, and some have a space below for big packets."
