But one awkward problem almost all businesses face at some point or another is the dreaded “Karen” customer, which is exactly what one woman on TikTok found herself dealing with.
TikToker “@rdhmbqa” recorded herself talking with a customer over the phone who apparently made a rather impossible request. The customer, who has been labeled a “Karen” by the original poster, allegedly phoned the business past 9 p.m. The owner tries to decline her request, telling her she cannot help, at which point the Karen customer can be heard saying, “You realize that I am the one with the money, right? And you’re not.”
