Woman, 60, goes missing from hospital - police are appealing for help to find her

Police are appealing for help to find a missing woman who was last seen leaving Fairfield Hospital.

Mary Taylor was spotted leaving the grounds of the hospital in Bury at around 6.20pm yesterday (Tuesday), GMP said.

The 60-year-old, from Littleborough, was wearing a long black coat with a hood, blue pyjama/legging bottoms and black/blue loafer style shoes.

She was also wearing green t-shirt with pink on the chest.

Mary is described as a white female, who is around 5ft 4in tall and of slim to medium build.

She has black/brown hair which is tied up in a bun.

GMP shared two pictures of Mary in an appeal posted on their Facebook page.

One of the images appeared to show her in a hospital.

Officers said they 'becoming increasingly concerned about her welfare and want to ensure she is found safe and well'.

Anyone with information about Mary's whereabouts should contact police on 101 or 999 in an emergency and quote log 2384 of 15/02/22.
