THE woman who was found dead following a disturbance at a property in Edinburgh has been named.
Emergency services were called to the incident in Craigievar Square at around 8.45pm on Monday.
A woman was found with serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
She can now be named as 44-year-old Vikki Soloman.
A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
Detective inspector Mark McGraw said: “Our thoughts and condolences are with Vikki’s family, who have requested privacy at this difficult time.
“A police presence will remain in the area while enquiries continue and to provide reassurance. Anyone with information or concerns can speak to our officers out on patrol or contact Police Scotland on 101.”
