A 36-year-old woman was trampled to death at the bottom of a migrant dinghy as a UK border force staff scrambled to rescue those on board, a maritime investigation has found.
Manpreet Kaur, an Indian national, became submerged in a mixture of water and fuel as people rushed to get to safety when the 7.8-metre-long inflatable boat started to collapse.
