A young woman tragically fell from a bridge to her death on a dual carriageway after slipping from the grip of a Good Samaritan who tried to save her, an inquest heard.

Emma Bundy, 24, climbed over safety railings on a pedestrian overbridge on the A379 near Sandy Park in Exeter, Devon, at the end of January 2025.
