A 22-year-old woman "who had so much to live for" has tragically died at a hotel, her family has said.
Paige Bartram was found unresponsive at the OYO hotel in Plymouth city centre, where she was staying in supported living, on April 22.
Her cause of death is currently unknown and a coroner is conducting an investigation, although her mum Vicky said she suffered from epilepsy.
Paige's family have been told that it may take up to four months before her body can be returned to them.
Vicky has now paid tribute to her "laughing, jokey" daughter, who she says will be "sorely missed by the whole family".
She told Plymouth Live: "Paige suffered from epilepsy. The investigation is ongoing - they've had the post mortem but they don't know the cause of her death yet."
She said Paige had attended the Marine Academy Plymouth school and had made "quite a few friends there", adding: "She was a laughing jokey person there".
Vicky also said that Paige "liked music and was renowned for her TikTok videos".
Referring to Paige's siblings, she said: "Brad, who's 20 and Ellie, who's 16, have been really upset by her passing, as has Mia, who's 11.
"Eight-year-old Riley and five-year-old Caleb, being so young, they don't really understand it as much, but it's been hard on all of them.
"She is going to be sorely missed by the whole family."
Paige's sister, Ellie, has now launched a GoFundMe to help contribute towards funeral costs, raising over £400 at the time of writing.
On behalf of her mother, she said: "Paige Bartram was 22 years old and had so much to live for and to experience. Losing and out-living your child is a nightmare no parent would wish upon another.
"This has literally broke my mother and loss of Paige has affected our family, as once were six are now five.
"Growing up with someone, you’d never think about how life would be without them, the past few weeks we’ve had to accept the loss of our closest. My mum’s first daughter, my first best friend.
"Please could you kindly share and donate, every penny will go towards the funeral, help us give her the send off she deserves."
Devon and Cornwall Police said they were called to shortly after midday on April 22 to "reports of a person found unresponsive within a property on New George Street, Plymouth."
A spokesperson for the force said: "Units attended along with the Ambulance service. A 22-year-old local woman was pronounced deceased at the scene; her next of kin have been informed.
"This death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is to be prepared for the coroner."
