Cops are appealing for witnesses after a woman was hit by a tram in Chorlton yesterday (October 6).
The 31-year-old woman was struck by the Metrolink tram by the St Werburgh's Road stop, as she was attempting to cross the tracks. That section of the line is segregated from the road.
She was later taken to hospital with ‘life threatening injuries’, GMP said yesterday evening. Now, officers have provided an update on the case.
