Wolves have been handed another injury blow ahead of their trip to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea aren't the only team losing players.
Graham Potter's men are still without N'Golo Kante, who is recovering from injury but has returned to training, and Wesley Fofana is expected to miss up to four weeks after suffering a knock against AC Milan. Edouard Mendy may well return and Marc Cucurella is fit, but Potter's preparations are still yet to be with a fully fit squad ahead of a testing period.
Wolves themselves have a host of issues though, and will be without seven players at Stamford Bridge as Diego Costa prepares for a reunion with his former side. The striker was brought in to help ease the strain on a missfiring attack that has struggled with injuries as well as poor form.

The 34-year-old left SW6 in 2017 and has not returned since, going on effective strike in order to get a move away from the club. His return will be warmly greeted by fans that adored him and will give another positive shimmer to the game after Potter's impressive home victory in midweek.
Chelsea will now be firm favourites for the game though, which adds its own pressure. Wolves have not only sacked Bruno Lage and are yet to appoint a new manager, with Julien Lopetegui expected to be the new man in charge. This is further compounded by missing first team players for the game.
Ruben Neves and Nathan Collins are both out due to suspension, Hee-Chan Hwang, Raul Jimenez and Sasa Kalajdzic were all known absentees, but Pedro Neto - announced as needing surgery after a knee injury - will also miss the game, and the World Cup.
Boubacar Traore will also be unavailable for the game due to illness, with interim boss Steve Davis saying: "He's ill at the moment and won't be travelling, he's not well enough. Matheus Nunes was also a doubt after taking a knock, but he is fit: "He'll be part of the squad and he's trained all week."
Potter, who has won just once in six matches against Wolves, will be desperate to take advantage of the away side's plight.
