The highly-anticipated miniseries sequel to the Emmy-nominated Wolf Hall, titled Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light, has unveiled first-look images from the collaboration between the BBC and Masterpiece PBS. Mark Rylance and Damian Lewis are set to reprise their roles as Thomas Cromwell and King Henry VIII, respectively, in this adaptation of Hilary Mantel's book, the final installment in the acclaimed Wolf Hall trilogy.
While the original Wolf Hall chronicled Cromwell's ascent from humble beginnings to becoming one of the most influential figures of his time as Henry VII's chief advisor, The Mirror and the Light will delve into his later years, portraying a time when King Henry's reign is on the brink of uncertainty.
