Witness tells court Milton Orkopoulos gave him money after forcing him to perform oral sex

A witness has told a New South Wales court that former Labor state government minister Milton Orkopoulos forced him to perform oral sex. 

Mr Orkopoulos, 65, is standing trial on 28 charges relating to four boys, including alleged child sex abuse and drug supply offences.
