A witness has told a New South Wales court that former Labor state government minister Milton Orkopoulos forced him to perform oral sex.
Mr Orkopoulos, 65, is standing trial on 28 charges relating to four boys, including alleged child sex abuse and drug supply offences.
It is alleged the offences took place in the Lake Macquarie area and on the mid-north coast between 1993 and 2003.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
A witness, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, today gave evidence to the District Court trial for the first time.
He said he first met the former MP as he was riding his skateboard when Mr Orkoloupos asked him what he would like to see in the town, before mentioning a skate park.
A few weeks later the witness said he was skateboarding when the pair spoke again.
He said Mr Orkopoulos was in his car and he spoke to him through the passenger window.
The court heard the witness then sat in the passenger seat.
The witness said the pair had a conversation for about 10 minutes when he saw Mr Orkopoulos "rubbing himself through his pants".
He told the court Mr Orkopoulos then took his penis out of his pants.
"He used his hand to grab my hand and put it on his penis," the witness said.
The witness said Mr Orkopoulos then put his hand on his head and forced him to perform oral sex on him.
"I was confused … I'd never done that before. I didn't know if I was doing the right thing or not," he said.
The court heard Mr Orkopoulos then grabbed his wallet, gave him $50, and told him to get out of the car.
The witness told the court Mr Orkopoulos said to him 'I bet you're good at keeping secrets?' which he took to mean not to tell anyone.
Crown prosecutor Cate Dodds asked the witness if he told anyone about what allegedly happened.
"No. I was scared I would get in trouble and I was ashamed," he said.
