A witness has told the Court of Criminal Appeal that two men plotted to kill Allan Ames and bricks of his stolen meth were inside the house of a man who made an alleged deathbed confession to the murder.
Daniel Troy Ames, 49, is serving a 24-year minimum sentence for the murder of his 68-year-old uncle at his Cavan workshop in 2009.
