Wings Over Scotland raises £30k for court challenge over SNP referendum fund

POLICE and prosecutors are set to be taken to court over the decision not to charge anyone in relation to some £600,000 raised by the SNP to fight a second independence referendum.

Stuart Campbell, the blogger who runs the Wings Over Scotland website, has successfully raised more than £30,000 in a crowdfunder seeking a judicial review of how Police Scotland and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) handled the investigation into the SNP.
