Wimbledon 2022 order of play today: Day 8 results with Nadal, Kyrgios and Halep on Centre Court

Rafael Nadal, Nick Kyrgios and Simona Halep all took centre stage as Wimbledon entered its second week today.

Nadal is last in action on Centre Court in a fourth-round meeting with Botic van de Zandschulp, while Kyrgios followed up his bad-tempered win over Stefanos Tsitsipas with a last-16 tie against Brandon Nakashima.

2019 champion Halep, meanwhile, battled women’s No4 seed Paula Badosa in an intriguing contest. Cameron Norrie kept the British flag flying on ‘Middle Sunday’ by beating Tommy Paul, although Heather Watson crashed out in her first ever fourth-round match against Jule Niemeier.
