A Wiltshire IT firm has retained a major contract with Bristol financial services firm Paradigm North.
Lacock-based Mintivo said the new deal would build on its three-year partnership with Paradigm North, which also has offices in Exeter, Torquay and London.
The company said that it had helped its client to switch to a cloud-based operation, meaning its 90 staff are able to work remotely from any location. With the agreement it will continue to lead Paradigm North’s infrastructure and data security management and digital strategy.

Mintivo, which offers managed IT support, consultancy, cyber security and business intelligence, said it had almost doubled its workforce to 29 while turnover had grown by 50% last year.
Mintivo managing director Chris Gough said: “They are a really good company to work with because they see the value of IT in enabling their business.”
The company's commercial director Alex Jukes said Paradigm North had been including Mintivo staff in its monthly staff updates, which he said showed the consultancy was by their clients as “an extension of the company”.
Paradigm North’s IT operations manager Charlotte Hughes said: “They do frequent floor walks at all of our offices, they will come on to training webinars and provide IT trends. We actively encourage them to be part of the team and it wasn’t really a question that we weren’t going to renew the contract.”
