Wiltshire-based healthcare investment group Optimism Health Group has integrated two of its subsidiary eye care businesses.
The Swindon-headquartered firm has said Visioncall, which provides eye care services to care homes, has now become part of OutsideClinic, with the former’s brand to be retired.
Optimism Health Group acquired Visioncall through OutsideClinic - also based in Swindon - last year, which it followed with a deal for domiciliary eye care provider, Care Opticians, at the start of this year.
