Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have completed filming for the highly anticipated fourth installment of the Bad Boys franchise. The original Bad Boys movie, released in 1995, featured Smith as Mike Lowrey and Lawrence as Marcus Burnett, two Miami detectives tackling drug trafficking and other crimes.

The success of the first film led to sequels, with Bad Boys II hitting theaters in 2003 and Bad Boys for Life in 2020. Fans have eagerly awaited news of a fourth film, and on January 31, 2023, Smith and Lawrence confirmed the project in a viral video.
