American downhill skier Lindsey Vonn has her sights set on Olympic gold once again, despite one bionic knee and another with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.

Olympic champion Vonn retired before the previous Winter Olympics with a broken body, only to mount a stunning comeback in 2024 following a partial replacement of her right knee.
