New Delhi: Asserting that "every match is winnable", Congress' Punjab in-charge Sachin Pilot has said his party would form the next government in the state "100 per cent", as people are looking for a change and there is a "strong team" in place under "unifying captain" Pargat Singh.
Pilot, who took over as the AICC general secretary in charge of Punjab last month, also ruled out having a chief ministerial face in the state, saying all its leaders are "fighting together as a team".
