Things are never simple when it comes to the busy love life of one Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), the marketing maven at the heart of Netflix's "Emily in Paris," and that certainly seems true for the show's upcoming fifth installment, which is set to debut all 10 episodes on the streaming service on Thursday, December 18.
Last we caught up with Cooper, she was happily in amore with her Italian love, cashmere heir Marcello Muratori (Eugenio Franceschini), and her new life in Rome, Italy. However, the ghosts of romance past — like her former chef-beau Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), who we saw peeling off from Paris to get Emily back in the final moments of season 4 — may come back to haunt her in the new episodes.
