Wilko shops across the UK are now allowing pets on leads into all stores.
The store in Ayr is among the 248 shops relaxing rules on dogs and other animals being allowed in store. But Irvine isn't taking part in the scheme.
The new measures are in place now and furry friends will be able to browse the entire store apart from the food aisles.
