One year ago, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins was killed when he was hit by a dump truck while trying to cross a highway in Florida. Now his family including his widow has filed a lawsuit.
The lawsuit lists 14 defendants and makes multiple claims about the night Haskins was killed. The claims include that Haskins was drugged while out the night before causing him to be 2.5 times over the legal limit, the vehicle he rented had mechanical issues leading to it running out of gas and also made multiple claims about the driver of the dump truck and his vehicle.
