Woman gets £120,000 payout from NHS after singer fiancé dies from Covid-19 jab

Zion Covid-19 Vaccine NHS Business Services Authority GB News AstraZeneca Cumbria

A woman whose fiancé died after getting the Covid-19 jab claims she has received the first Covid vaccine damage payment of £120,000.

Lord Zion, 48, died in May 2021 days after receiving the AstraZeneca jab.

Vikki Spit, from Alston, Cumbria, filed for the claim under the NHS Business Services Authority's Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme.
