Why The Looks, Functionality And Price Make The Motocaddy SE The Perfect Entry Level Electric Trolley

Why The Looks, Functionality And Price Make The Motocaddy SE The Perfect Entry Level Electric Trolley.

Spring is in the air and it really feels as though the golfing season is in full swing with more and more golfers dusting off their clubs following a winter hiatus. Getting back on the golf course and walking the fairways is a feeling many golfers long for during the winter months, so what better way to do it than with the help of the new Motocaddy SE electric trolley.

The SE is one of eight brand new Motocaddy electric trolleys released for the start of this golfing season and only enhances what was an already impressive fleet of electric trolleys on offer from Motocaddy. So what makes the Motocaddy SE stand out from the rest? This electric trolley has inherited the sporty look of the Motocaddy S-Series, boasting a clean graphite frame and is available from a really affordable price of £429 for the Lead-acid battery and £499 for the lightweight ULTRA Lithium option.

There really is so much performance on offer from the Motocaddy SE despite its entry level price, making it the perfect model for golfers looking to step-up their playing experience from carrying their bag or using a push trolley. With nine different speed settings, the SE Electric trolley can keep up with you no matter what pace you walk at on the course and remaining battery level can be easily viewed via the LED indicator.

There is substantial power on offer from the 200w whisper quiet motor and while this speed is very fast when walking alongside on flatter surfaces, this power certainly makes walking up hills a lot easier. While the long lasting, quick charging Lithium battery option not only powers your trolley around the golf course with ease, the addition of a USB charging port is a really nice touch allowing you to charge any extra tech you wish to carry on you while on the course, such as distance measuring devices or your mobile phone.

While the dual handle offers ambidextrous control and the ergonomic pads on the handles offer good traction for control in adverse weather conditions, it’s the ease of assembly that will really please golfers. There’s nothing more frustrating than being stuck in the rain and having a long process of folding down your trolley to put in your car but thanks to the award winning QUIKFOLD mechanism, the SE trolley can be ready to use in a matter of seconds and taken down just as quickly.

Not only is the SE trolley easy to set up, getting your bag in place and ready to hit the course has never been easier thanks to the adjustable bag supports and elasticated bungee straps. Anyone who owns a Motocaddy bag can also benefit from the exclusive Motocaddy EASILOCK system, which locks any Motocaddy bag in place with just a single strap. The trolley itself weighs in at just 9kg so it can easily be transferred between your home and vehicle and the new quick-release wheels can be easily removed to help this trolley fit in even the smallest of cars.

The Motocaddy SE electric trolley really does offer nearly everything you need from an electric trolley. While there are more premium Motocaddy trolleys that offer GPS touch screens and remote control functions such as the M5 GPS and M7 GPS models, there really is very little on the market that compares to the SE electric trolley in regards to the value for money.
