The Boston Celtics are currently the owners of a 22-6 record, the best in the league so far this season. The storied ball club boasts an impressive starting lineup featuring some of the league’s top talents, and are excelling on both ends of the court as a result.
Star forward Jayson Tatum is making a near MVP-worthy impact, averaging 26.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game while fellow All-NBA wing Jaylen Brown is just starting to find his way in this new version of the team with his aggressive starts and chemistry with star big man Kristaps Porzingis. The Stock Exchange — defensive specialist guards Derrick White and Jrue Holiday — finish off the best starting five in the Association, and the bench is far better than in seasons past.
The folks behind the “Backyard Buckets” YouTube channel recently put together their own argument on why the Celtics are the best team in the league.
