Where is your favourite destination and why?
Sifnos in the Cyclades. It’s a total slow down — gorgeous sea, off the beaten track and great restaurants. For me, it’s just the best place to completely unplug for two weeks. I read, I eat and I sleep. This will be our third year in a row visiting and I’m always amazed that such a small island has the ability to keep offering up new discoveries. I love a smart hotel and a high thread count as much as the next person, but I also love doing something super low key.
