Why Shubman Gill isn't fielding on Day 4 of India vs England Test in Vizag

Shubman Gill, who returned to form with a century in India's second innings during the second Test against England in Vizag, didn't come out to field on day four as the visitors resumed their chase of 399 to win.

"Shubman Gill hurt his right index finger while fielding on Day 2. He won't be taking the field today," the BCCI shared the update on social media.
