If you’re tuning in to the 2023 Hero World Challenge on NBC this week, you may notice that there’s a familiar voice who isn’t on the mic.
That would be Paul Azinger. The longtime PGA Tour golfer and broadcaster won’t be back with NBC Sports after five years with the network, which means we’ll have a new analyst joining their coverage.
Who would that be? For this week, anyway, it’ll be Paul McGinley, the former European team Ryder Cup captain, although who knows if he’ll end up being a permanent replacement if all goes well on this week’s broadcast.
