Susan Dell's appearance beside President Donald Trump at the White House has sparked a viral debate. Some social media users compared the billionaire philanthropist to a 'reptilian' while others condemn the personal attacks and highlight her philanthropic role in children's welfare.

Dell, wife of Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell, attended the Oval Office event on 7 October to discuss the couple's $6.25 billion (£4.72 billion) pledge towards children's investment accounts.
