Among the members of the extended Royal Family who are attending the Queen’s funeral is the actress Sophie Winkleman. Best known for playing the role of Big Suze Peep Show, Sophie regularly appears at major Royal Events.
The actress starred as Jeremy’s (played by Robert Webb) on-off love interest in the Channel 4 sitcom. Yet Peep Show fans are frequently left baffled when they spot her alongside the Royals.
In fact, Sophie holds the title of Lady Frederick Windsor. She is married to Lord Frederick Windsor, who is the son of Prince Michael of Kent - a cousin of the Queen. However, she doesn’t use the title in her professional life.

The couple married in Hampton Court Palace in 2009. They have two daughters together, born in 2013 and 2016 respectively. Sophie is also the half-sister of TV presenter Claudia Winkleman.
Earlier this year Peep Show fans went wild when they spotted Sophie attending events held for the Platinum Jubilee. Many took to twitter to express their confusion and delight at seeing her.
But Sophie isn’t the only link Peep Show has with the Royal Family. Another former star of the show, Olivia Colman, who played Mark’s love interest Sophie, starred as The Queen in series three and four of Netflix show The Crown.
