Viewers hoping to tune in to The One Show tonight (May 25) will be disappointed as the BBC One magazine programme takes a night off. Coverage of the Royal Horticultural Society 's Chelsea Flower Show will instead be broadcast from 7pm.
Presenter Alex Jones announced the scheduling change at the end of Tuesday's episode. She added that American singer-songwriter John Legend will be joining the team on the red sofa on Thursday.
Sophie Raworth and Joe Swift will front tonight's 30-minute edition of the Chelsea Flower Show on BBC One. They will take a look at all the show gardens in contention for the BBC RHS People’s Choice Award as guests Mary Berry, JJ Chalmers and John Hannah share their love for gardens.

Viewers eager to enjoy as much as possible of this week's Chelsea Flower Show will also be able to tune in to a full, hour-long broadcast fronted by Monty Don at 8pm on BBC Two. EastEnders' usual 7.30pm slot on BBC One remains unchanged.
Announcing the scheduling change on Tuesday, The One Show presenter Alex Jones said: "We won't be here tomorrow because Chelsea Flower Show is on. We'll be back on Thursday with John Legend."
